Web Developer/Manager
Motive is seeking a part-time webmaster/ tech support to handle all web-related activity on marketing campaigns.

The position requires excellent management skills and a basic understanding/ working knowledge of:

• E-blasts/ e-blast technology/ options
• Websites - sign up forms, CMS systems and design
• Banner ads
• Web applications and online databases
• Servers/ server providers

Applicants must be able to:

• Create basic landing pages and sign up forms with capability of capturing data
• Researching/ understanding/ implementing eblast software and effectively managing e-lists
• Working with graphic and software designers to manage web-related projects
• Manage our server, trouble shooting problems for Motive team members with their email and creating/ managing email accounts
• Register and maintain registration of all of Motive web addresses/ websites
• Track visitors/ hits on websites
• Contribute creative ideas for increasing traffic to websites
• Work with team members to gather content for the websites
• Work directly with team members to assist with online promotions
• Handle website administration

Experience in tech support a plus
